Water Solutions has evolved since its beginning in 1996 with a small line of residential water filtration products. The company's owner, John July, having a background in industrial machinery, such as pneumatics and hydraulics; and experience in plumbing, and electrical venues, seized the opportunity to use his talents to expand his business. He discovered, in the past, while working as a senior service technician for a major industrial air compressor firm, that he enjoyed working with the customers as much as he did diagnosing the problem with their machinery. Therefore, pooling his mechanical aptitude and his desire to be of assistance to people, he began to learn as much as he could about the field of water filtration.

In 1998, Water Solutions advanced to the Web, and today, Water Solutions reaches customers around the world. The web site quickly became a virtual school and an information resource for water filtration. Anyone can view the complete line of products and make their purchase; search the FAQ database; or submit inquiries about specific water filter questions to John for his expert advice. Additionally, John also continues to provide on-site consultations, service and installation in Northeast Florida. Water filters are also carefully packed and promptly shipped to customers across the world.
