Secure Online Shopping Cart Now Available!

On April 29, 2002 the long awaited shopping cart feature was added to the Water Solutions website. For our customers protection the shopping cart is a secure site. All of the credit card information is encrypted and sent to a credit card processing company.

Our new shopping cart eliminates the old product order page where it was necessary for you to hunt for the product that you wanted to buy.

Because of the size of that list, we were prevented from adding any more products to our website. The shopping cart makes ordering easy!

Our goal now is to have our complete product line and replacement parts available online.

[ http://www.pricewebs.com ] for adapting the webpage database to the shopping cart. She has also added some of the latest product offerings to the site.

Shipping & Handling

We strive for timely delivery, reasonable rates, package tracking capabilities and insurance where applicable or prudent. Since the end of October 2001, we have been using Federal Express Ground for our shipping. Depending on the weight, size and destination, we generally select between FedEx Ground and the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail service.

We add $2.00 to the shipping charges to help offset the costs of packaging and handling. Most of our point-of-use products will cost you between $6.50 and $10.50 USD to ship within the continental US. Stock items are shipped FOB Orlando, FL. Drop shipped items are shipped FOB shipping point.

We now accept Discover and American Express in addition to Visa and MasterCard.

Rusco

We are pleased to have added the Rusco Spin-Down and Sediment Trapper filters to the Water Solutions product line. This unique product is an extremely effective, yet inexpensive solution for sediment problems. Centrifugal force and a filter screen separate the sediment out of the water stream where it settles to the bottom of the clear housing and waits to be flushed away while in operation! The filter screen, should it get dirty, is washable.

We display the product on our site now,
[ http://www.watersolutions.net/products/SedimentTrapper ] but are in the process of adding all the performance curves and menu system so that all the filters and parts will be available online. We will make an announcement when this page is complete.

Our goal at Water Solutions is to continue to provide a website where not only can you find products, but also learn what they do. With so many brands and styles to choose from, it becomes frustrating for the consumer … you.

We want you to have all the information at your disposal to make the best decision when you shop for quality water filtration equipment. That may sometimes mean that you need a product that we do not carry! And that's OK. For we know that you would not hesitate to recommend us to others and will visit our site again should you have any questions.

This website is already large and it continues to grow. As of today, April 30, 2002 there are more than 75 individual pages that make up the website.
